In 2023 I was commissioned by Tilt Media to direct the animation of the titular 3D animated characters in Fizzy & Suds, a 26 x 11min series for ABC kids.

In this role, I wore many hats, from character concept designer, to creating animatics, post-producing the 3D workflow, directing all staging, key action and performances, compositing all shots into the live action footage, and managing a team of two 3D animators. It was epic.

We worked our little tooshies off to deliver two episodes a week to a very satisfied series director and producer and I'm extremely proud of what our small crack squad delivered on a very tight budget indeed.

This has been a resounding success with two international award nominations and a second series now currently in the works.
